CentOS CI Front End is not an on-going project but a completely new addition to help contributors' signup to centos CI Infra easier. So the beginner issues would be to have a mockup ready. Apart from the things mentioned in the idea page, I have written a small document[0] which further explains what's needed. I would recommend going through the links provided on the idea page to understand how CentOS CI works, and once done with that, looking at the Duffy code base[1] to understand the models we use would be nice (since you will be consuming some of it to display things on the dashboard). Mock-ups and draft proposal can be the next step. Feel free to ask any questions if you are stuck.
