Hello, I am a final year grad student in Computer Sc ience. I was going through the ideas for GSOC 2013 and I saw yours (Java API/ABI changes checker). I liked the idea among a few others. However I saw the skill level being fairly high. I do have knowledge of Java but I'm not sure how much I have to know for this project. I did see the inheritance rules etc. but am sure there's more to that.
