Setup Gitlab as a front end for Fedora Hosted git repositories

Hi all,
        My name is Mrigesh Pokhrel, and I am interested in working for
Fedora on setting up GitLab. I have made a local implementation of the same
, which is functional to some extent, and will provide a detailed info on
the same. Hope it would be helpful for my application process.
