This reverts two patches:
[1] [PATCH 1/2] Revert "defs.h: fix breakage of compatibility of struct
machdep_table for extension modules"
- Because the 2f967fb5ebd7 ("crash_taget: fetch_registers support") will
be removed by the [PATCH 2/2], the old fix won't be needed.
[2] [PATCH 2/2] Revert "crash_taget: fetch_registers support"
- The original patch causes a regression issue, try to revert it and
this issue disappeared.
