Do you mean I put the local git repositoy anywhere in the public
location like github? To do so, I need any reason enough to do it.

Why do you try to make fedora packages? Are there fedora people who
want to use crash gcore command?

I use crash gcore command basically in RHEL and it's been sufficient
to test it at each RHEL minor releaeses so far.
