This patch simply changes there marcos : ONLINE, PRESENT, POSSIBLE to ONLINE_MAP, PRESENT_MAP and POSSIBLE_MAP. When I introduce ACTIVE_MAP in next patch, It will make the code clearer. Because ACTIVE has been defined.
