Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list

Grr, can someone fix this list to not send a bounce for every email send
to it and or stop including it in public posts?

Sorry -- but as the moderator I'd prefer not to have the list polluted
with several dozen spam messages every day, so it's always been and is
going to remain "members-only".

Typically messages to the list are not cc'd to non-members, but
the "[ANNOUNCE][RFC][PATCH] Crash-utility, tracing: ..." patch
was sent to several non-members -- which, by the way, is far more
of a pain-in-the-ass for *me* than it is for you.
