No, sorry ;-), it's the last LKCD-related patch in the SUSE package.
You remember, I submitted that patch 1/2 year ago, but it was not
possible to add it because the infrastructure (parsing the LKCD
header) was missing.

With that in crash 4.0-4.8, it's now possible to add even the last bit
-- getting the kernel start address from the dump header.
