[PATCH 0/3] ASoC: Convert PCM codecs to GPIO descriptors

Three remaining TI PCM codecs use the old GPIO API in
different ways, fix them all up and move over to
<linux/gpio/consumer.h> and get rid of <linux/gpio.h>.
