[PATCH 02/12] ASoC: soc-core: makes snd_soc_set_dmi_name() local

soc-core.c only calls snd_soc_set_dmi_name(), so we don't need to have
EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL() for it. Let's makes it local function.

No one uses *flavour parameter, let's remove it.
