Ah, I think it should be

		links[i]->playback_only =  drv[i].playback.channels_min && !drv[i].capture.channels_min;
		links[i]->capture_only  = !drv[i].playback.channels_min &&  drv[i].capture.channels_min;

will post v2 after -rc1 was released.
