[RFC 00/12] ASoC: remove/replace dpcm_xxx flag

Hi each ASoC driver maintainer

As I posted in "ASoC: grace time for DPCM cleanup", dpcm_xxx flag
will be remove. Then, some driver might got damage.

This patch-set try to remove/replace dpcm_xxx flag, but is not tesed.
It is just "RFC" patch, but I'm happy if you can reuse it on your driver.
