[PATCH 00/11] ALSA: Replace with __packed attribute

Hi,

this is a series of cleanup patches just to replace the old
__attribute__((packed)) with __packed.
Also one patch to drop the outdated comments from the legacy
wavefront.h.

(And let's try to submit to linux-sound ML.)
