Libvirt permissions using facl instead of groups

Is there a way to use facl to specifically grant permission to all the files/dirs that libvirt needs instead of using groups?

I am automating the install of libvirt and would like to be able to use it without sudo or having to logout/login. I have done a similar thing on a docker install using setfacl but was wondering if someone can point me to the specific kvm/libvirt places I need to grant and the privileges.

Thank you for any help!
