virtqemud high CPU load

Hi guys,

Anybody on centos9?
With latest updates I get 100% load (so one core fully 
loaded) almost all the time, I don't remember that being the 
case before.
'virtqemud' itself does not log much, with default verbosity.

Any thoughts?
