even with --with-libxl it doesnt work...
There was a bug in our code that ignored the error even if --with-libxl was requested, patch sent: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2020-February/msg00723.html However the mentioned xen-devel package seems to contain a xenlight.pc config file for pkg-config: https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=27840 so it should work. Can you paste the config.log section beginning with 'checking for LIBXL'?
