Some news. I get  libvirt-1.2.8-rc1.tar.gz  and  successfully build it
on my "problem" node, without any make errors.
I nothing change on node, libvirt-1.2.7 still broken on make phase with error
"undefined reference to `virConnectNetworkEventRegisterAnyCheckACL'"
