If you'd like to propose a doc patch to mention that the probe covers
several common installation directories, rather than just /usr/bin, that
would be nice.

  if someone wants to tackle that, i'm kind of in the middle of
working my way through one of the other RHEL manuals at the moment,
and my brain is melting down.
