[PATCH 0/2] virtportallocator: remember not auto allocated graphics ports

Fix a conflict when both autoport graphics and statically configured
ports are used, like:

    <graphics type='spice' autoport='yes'/>
    <graphics type='vnc' port='5900' autoport='no'/>
