Noticed during my work on storage struct cleanups.

* src/storage/storage_backend_disk.c
(virStorageBackendDiskPartBoundaries): Fix spelling errors.

Pushing under the trivial rule.  Particularly odd that we managed
too different ways of mis-spelling partition in the same file!
