[PATCH] tests: Fix SELinux tests in VPATH build

Pushed as a build-breaker.

Notes:
    abs_builddir is used in more places in tests/securityselinuxhelper.c but
    since the path they are used in does not exist in abs_srcdir either, I
    guess it doesn't really matter what prefix is used there.
