[PATCH] Bump version to 1.2.2 for new dev cycle

Hey, I've raised libvirt version to 1.2.2 right after release
following https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2013-December/msg00657.html
I've pushed it directly as imo it qualifies as trivial.
