This patch introduces virCgroupSetBlkioDeviceReadIops, virCgroupSetBlkioDeviceWriteIops, virCgroupSetBlkioDeviceReadBps and virCgroupSetBlkioDeviceWriteBps, we can use these interfaces to set up throttle blkio cgroup for domain. This patch also adds the new throttle blkio cgroup elements to the test xml.
