We don't have any python docs online, but python itself can
tell you about its APIs.

eg

  $ python
  import libvirt
  print help(libvirt)
  print help(libvirt.virConnect)
  print help(libvirt.virDomain)
  print dir(libvirt)
  print dir(libvirt.virConnect)
  print dir(libvirt.virDomain)
