[PATCH] spec: Explicitly claim ownership of channel subdir

As both /var/lib/libvirt/qemu and /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel/target
are owned by us, the intermediate /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel should
be owned by us too.
