[PATCH v3 0/3] libvirt supports Guest panicked

This patchs implement the 'on_crash' behavior in the XML
 
example XML:
    <on_crash>destroy</on_crash>

Changes:
  v2-v3: 1. split into 3 patches

  v1-v2: 1. fix the incorrect domain state: paused -> crashed, when crash
            the guest while libvirt isn't running, then restart libvirtd.
