I'm re-sending this series even after previous ACK, because I've found out there was missing virPortAllocatorRelease call when disposing of domain. There were also many cleanups in the meantime and both John and Eric found out some nits in the previous series. I also *somehow* lost the tests (not even git-reflog found them) and had to re-create them again.
