Seems reasonable, not an expert though...
Your gut feel was right - this one is an easy ACK. :)

More concretely, the old code said that if you have a <hostdev> element
in your xml, and that it has both an <alias> and a <deviceBoot>
subelement, then those two elements have to be given in that exact
order.  But semantically, these two subelements have no bearing on one
another, so the new <interleave> in the rng lets you pass the
subelements in either order.
