Looking at the logs in the server, i suspect this was broken before
my changes and we didn't notice

  Generating todo.html.in
  Invalid date format: 20120418T15:51:12 at /usr/lib64/perl5/XML/Parser.pm line 187


IIUC this is due to changes to the bugzilla XML RPC interface
