NACK.  Instead of using the street address (either old or new), you
should be using the URL form:

 * You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public
 * License along with this library.  If not, see
 * <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.

Then we should probably add a syntax-check rule (the way libvirt has
done) to prevent further accidental use of either street address.
