I've pushed these 4 patches, so now Kyle can create a (hopefully much simplified) patch that looks for virDomainNetGetActualVlan(netdef) and setups up the vlan appropriately for guests connecting to an Open vSwtich network. I also have a (very small, because almost everything was already there) patch to support setting the vlan tag on SR-IOV PCI passthrough devices.
