Thank you for you answer. In /proc/bus/usb there is a 002/012 but no 002/014. I will try upgrade kvm and libvirt and see if that solve my problem. About now, after reboot physical machine, i can do pass-through USB to virtual machine without a problems. But i will keep testing if kvm and libvirt solve the problem.
