sanlock comes from:
https://www.fedorahosted.org/sanlock/

libvirt-lock-sanlock is a subpackage of the libvirt project; if you have
the sanlock headers installed, then building libvirt will automatically
build the files that are installed via the libvirt-lock-sanlock rpm as
part of libvirt.spec:
