DV maintains hourly snapshots of libvirt.git, documented here: http://libvirt.org/downloads.html Those are tarballs rather than srpms. However, libvirt tarballs include a working libvirt.spec, so that you could unpack things, run ./configure, then 'make rpm' to give yourself a working srpm.
