[PATCH 1/5] esx: allow getting < max typed parameters

Allow the user to call with nparams too small, per API documentation.

* src/esx/esx_driver.c (esxDomainGetMemoryParameters): Drop
redundant check.
(esxDomainGetSchedulerParametersFlags): Allow fewer than max.
