On receiving SIGHUP, libvirtd currently only reloads all persistent configs for qemu domains, but fails to reload the associated snapshot data. Copy code from qemudStartup() to qemudReload() to iterate over all domains and call qemuDomainSnapshotLoad() for every domain.
