You have cloned successfully.  My public repo just doesn't have a
'master' branch, only topic branches for features that I develop.  Try
this:

cd stream-command
git checkout stream-command

BTW the git clone command to directly clone and checkout a particular
branch is (but be warned that older versions of git do not support the
-b option):
git clone -b stream-command git://repo.or.cz/qemu/stefanha.git
