What is maxinfo for?  The counterpart is:

virDomainGetVcpus(virDomainPtr domain, virVcpuInfoPtr info, int maxinfo,
                  unsigned char *cpumaps, int maplen)

where maxinfo relates to how large the 'info' array is.  But
virDomainGetVcpupinInfo has no 'info' array.
