I probably would have done:

virBufferVSprintf(buf, ",bus=pci%s,addr=0x%x",
                  qemuCmdFlags & QEMU_CMD_FLAG_PCI_MULTIBUS ? ".0", "",
                  info->addr.pci.slot);

to avoid the if/else, but that's not worth changing.
