[PATCH] Fix description of virStorageVolGetInfo()

Probably a copy-paste-bug in python/libvirt-override-api.xml:
virStorageVolGetInfo() extracts information about a "storage volume",
not the "storage pool" as virStoragePoolGetInfo() does.
