Well, the current situation is that a single test fails, and it's the same both on Fedora[1] and on CentOS Stream[2], so I assume that fixing one would also fix the other. Turning this into a test that fails right away because the correct environment can't be deployed would be a significant change for the worse IMO. On the other hand, the integration job depends on the regular build job, so we'd be stuck on Fedora 39 for the latter until we can move the former to Fedora 41 too. Given the situation, I would vote for just dropping the Fedora 39 integration job altogether. Once someone manages to provision a Fedora 41 environment on the integration machine, it will be easy enough to re-add it.
