[PATCH] rpm: Add riscv64 to arches_qemu_kvm

The riscv64 architecture is not yet fully integrated into
Fedora, but KVM support is already implemented across the stack
and the Fedora package for QEMU is already set up to generate
the qemu-kvm binary package when targeting it.
