[PATCH v2 4/4] qemu: Change return type of qemuDomainFixupCPUs to void

The function never fails.

    - virCPUDefCopy never returns NULL
    - do not remove !*origCPU check in qemuDomainFixupCPUs
    - make sure origCPU is set when reconnecting to running domains
