I am happy to go up to 2.12 :)

I thought we discussed deprecating all machine types up to 2.12 on all targets when we discussed the ppc spapr machine type deprecation later ... but I cannot find that discussion anymore, maybe it was just on IRC ...

Anyway, let's go with up to 2.12 if nobody complains!
