Hey,

I'm planning to review this, but I haven't done so yet because of a
couple of reasons.

The main one is that the QEMU and edk2 changes that are needed to get
UEFI working as expected have still not been merged.

The pflash issues we discussed earlier with edk2 and qemu related changes have been merged today.


The other one is that we're currently refactoring the part of the
code that handles default device models, but once the big series that
deals with USB controllers has made its way to master I don't mind
rebasing the rest on top of your changes if those are ready first.
That sounds really cool!:-)

I'll try to give it at least a quick look next week.
