You probably sent the patches to the old mailing list address (libvir-list@xxxxxxxxxx) instead of the new one (devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). You should have gotten a message back telling you about it (I just did, which is how I noticed) but I've found those notifications to be somewhat hit and miss in the past. Just send the patches to the new address and they should make it to the list.
