/archives and /admin are actually completely separate application
codebases. The former is hyperkitty, the latter is postorius. So
in the hyperkitty case they chose to use list address in the URLs,
while in postorius case they chose to use the list ID in the URLs.
The inconsistency is unfortunate, but largely harmless.
