[PATCH v1 1/7] domain_capabilities: s/qemuDomainCapsFeatureFormatSimple/virDomainCapsFeatureFormatSimple/

There's nothing qemu specific about
qemuDomainCapsFeatureFormatSimple() and in fact, the function
lives in hypervisor agnostic location and thus mustn't have qemu
prefix.
