[PATCH 03/15] qemuxml2argvtest: Drop cpu-numa-memshared-1 test case

The aim of this test case it to make sure we error out when
QEMU_CAPS_OBJECT_MEMORY_RAM is missing. Well, it's never going to
be missing. Drop the test case.
