[PATCH 4/5] Replace dep.get_pkgconfig_variable() with dep.get_variable(pkgconfig:)

The get_pkgconfig_variable() method is deprecated in 0.56.0 and
we're recommended to use get_variable(pkgconfig : ...) instead.
